AAF Cellar

The basement rooms of the AAF restaurant have been restored, consolidated and converted into a wine cellar, with spaces for storing, exhibiting and tasting wine bottles. Red metal panels mark and illuminate the intricate path and lead to the sala maior where lamps inserted in the water tanks contribute diffuse their light onto the vault.
